For an elegant surprise, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Sake Martini
Makes a single portion
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
